thats called lucid dreaming, its where you know you’re dreaming and can take part in your dreams, its a pretty interesting subject…or it can be sleep paralysis where you see your surroundings, but you’re still sleeping. thats when your conscious self wakes up but your brain doesn’t get the message…i’ve had both happen to me and they’re both freaky lol
