Top 5 iPhone Apps

http://blog.chrisharveyfilms.com/?p=70 – Since Apple first launched the App Store last year, it has never stopped growing and now has over 35,000 apps and over a billion downloads. I thought I would let you guys know my top 5 apps from the app store and let you know why I think they deserve to be in my top 5.

Bloom – Created by Brian Eno & Peter Chilvers

Bloom is a generative music application for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

The application acts like a keyboard. You can use your fingers to generate a melody that will play back in a loop. A soft background pad accompanies the melody.

You can choose to let the program run randomly, or you can choose to create.

You can select different “moods” (9 of them) that change the scales of the “piano”

The application is currently for sale at the App Store (on your iPhone/iPod Touch) or iTunes for $3.99
