Step 1) open itunes and go to itunes store
Step 2) Go to app store it will be at the left once you enter itunes store it should look like this

iTunes u

Step 3) after clicking app store scrool down to the bottom of the page and click on a free app, under top free apps on the right
Step 3.5) once you have clicked on a FREE app you will have the option to click “get app” do that. A sceen will pop up asking you to sign in, at the top of that screen you will see creat new account, click creat new account.
Step 4) read all the instructions and fill in what you need to fill in.
Step 5) once you get to payment methode you will see 3 credit cards at the end of the three credit cards you will see none, click none.
Step 6) continue to fill out what it asks and you are all good
